Calf soreness and cramp

Definition: Persistent calf soreness can be the result of several causes: injury, poor foot or leg function, inappropriate training routine, circulation, stiffness due to exercise, any of several thrombotic conditions including deep vein thrombosis, muscle strain and many more.

Treatment: Depending on the severity, we can apply cold therapy, dispense anti-inflammatory drugs, create an orthosis to correct poor foot function and alignment, recommend exercises, dry needling and mobilisations. We can also help you find the right type of footwear.
